The Board of Globo PLC (AIM: GBO.L) has been informed that on 16 and 17 May 2012 Costis Papadimitrakopoulos, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 18.83 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Papadimitrakopoulos is interested in 68,249,135 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 20.55 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
